GrayWolf’s versatile DirectSense® II IAQ and Toxic Gas probes now connect to iOS and Android phones/tablets via Bluetooth LE. The smartphone/tablet becomes the display and data-logger for up to 8 true plug-and-play smart sensors in a single probe. A broad range of features, such as efficiently attaching photos, videos, text, and audio notes directly to data files are included, for reliable documentation of portable, short-term or long-term surveys. The WolfSense Mobile apps that enable this added capability are free on Apple and Google app stores. Smart sensors for TVOC, CO2, CO, NO2, O3, NH3, Cl2, H2S, SO2, NO, HCN, HCl, ClO2, SiH4, H2, TRH and many other parameters are available. The same DSII probe(s) may also be connected to GrayWolf purpose-built AdvancedSense® meters, or to Win10 tablets, laptops or desktops. Those platforms extend capacity to multiple probes for additional parameters (e.g., PM2.5, PM10, HCHO, DP, Air Velocity) and even broader features. With a network connection, the same probe(s) can additionally connect, utilizing their on-board Wi-Fi card, directly to the optional GrayWolfLive™ Cloud app. DSII probes can be handheld, clipped to a belt, set on a desktop with the included charging stand, or wall mounted. The consistency of these highly accurate sensors used over different applications adds to the reliability of testing and monitoring. Access the probe via Bluetooth if it is within 8 meters (30 feet) of your phone or tablet. Or access it from the other side of the world if it is connected to a local network via Wi-Fi.
