强制循环水轮机加热器由控制段、水泵和热水器三部分组成。如果在启动过程中，外部温度低于4℃，发动机冷却液和润滑油可能凝结成固体，失去润滑和冷却性能，从而损坏发动机。在室外温度低于4℃时，为保证发动机正常启动和运行，需要安装发动机加热器。HWP系列强制循环水轮机加热器具有以下特点:内管及端封采用铸造不锈钢，耐腐蚀性强;加热和过热指示灯;自定义温控器设定点;干加热和过热保护。本产品适用于(75~100)L排量的各种发动机。循环水泵采用特殊定制泵，泵头为不锈钢，静音效果好，安全可靠，使用寿命长。控制部分:微处理器设计; high sampling precision and accuracy control due to PT100 temperature sampling. Coolant temperature can be set via the control panel. Four digital LED display, coolant temperature and all kinds of set point temperature can be displayed clearly. Dry heating and overheat protection. Separately control of water pump and water heater: power on the water pump and water heater synchronously, once the set temperature has reached, water heater will be powered off firstly, after 3s, following is water pump. The goal is to prevent heat concentration and significantly prolong water pump lifetime.
